AS PRESIDENT, 15.5x 9.5, Washington, July 7, 1829, granting John Hoggue of Perry County, Alabama, a land grant of 80 acres. Seal of the United States affixed to lower left. Jackson's large signature is bold and dark. Heavy vertical folds to vellum but they do not touch signature.
